- For Turf Bookings: Cancellations made 1 day before the booking time are eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- For Coaching Sessions: Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

- Bookings must start and end on time to ensure fairness for all users.
- Users must maintain cleanliness and leave the facility in the same condition they found it.
- Alcohol, smoking, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
